Does landscape maintenance include fertilization and weed control?
Early spring shrub fertilization and weed control is part of our landscape maintenance service in St. Louis and runs through the growing season. Deep root fertilization, turf weed control, and aeration are handled by our sister company St. Louis Ornamental & Turf, who specialize in turf programs and plant health care. We work closely together so your lawn and landscape are getting the right attention from the right team.
Do you handle tree pruning as well as shrubs?
M&P handles all shrub and ornamental tree pruning as part of our landscape maintenance services. For trees 20’ and larger, we coordinate with our sister company Meyer Tree Service, who specialize in the care or removal of larger, mature trees. If your property has both, we can manage the full scope and bring in Meyer Tree where needed.
Can M&P design a landscape from scratch or do I need to bring my own plans?
We can do either. M&P works from existing plans, does supplemental planting around what’s already there, or takes on full redesigns when a property needs a fresh start. For larger or phased projects, our licensed landscape architect can produce full-scale designs and stamp them for municipal submission where required.
