How do I know if I need a one-time project or ongoing maintenance?
Most M&P clients start with one or the other and end up with both. Ongoing maintenance is the foundation of most of our residential relationships. One-time projects, including design-build landscaping, hardscape installation, and drainage work, typically grow out of those ongoing relationships once a crew knows the property well.
Does M&P work with HOAs and multi-family properties, or just single-family homes?
Primarily single-family residential, but we do work with a handful of HOAs, condo complexes, and duplex properties on the residential side. For larger multi-family properties and commercial accounts, our commercial landscaping services are a better fit.
How can M&P help with hardscape and drainage work?
Our residential landscaping in St. Louis also includes hardscape installation and drainage installation. Hardscape covers dry-laid patios, retaining walls, flagstone, natural stone features, and boulder outcroppings.
