Full-service landscaping, from weekly lawn care to multi-year design projects.
Our residential landscaping in St. Louis is built around crews who do more than complete a service and move on. They return to the same properties season over season, build familiarity with how each yard works, and report what they notice along the way, whether it’s a drainage issue developing behind the back bed or an irrigation problem in the side yard. We work with properties of all sizes, and our pricing is built to work for any homeowner who values the work being done right.
At M&P Landscaping, our lawn care handles everything at the grass level, landscape maintenance covers everything growing around it, and hardscape and drainage installation handle the structural work a property needs.
Over time, our residential landscaping in St. Louis provides clients with a professional team that knows their yard and how best to care for it. That foundation also makes it easier to take on larger design-build projects when the property is ready for them. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
How do I know if I need a one-time project or ongoing maintenance?
Most M&P clients start with one or the other and end up with both. Ongoing maintenance is the foundation of most of our residential relationships. One-time projects, including design-build landscaping, hardscape installation, and drainage work, typically grow out of those ongoing relationships once a crew knows the property well.
Does M&P work with HOAs and multi-family properties, or just single-family homes?
Primarily single-family residential, but we do work with a handful of HOAs, condo complexes, and duplex properties on the residential side. For larger multi-family properties and commercial accounts, our commercial landscaping services are a better fit.
How can M&P help with hardscape and drainage work?
Our residential landscaping in St. Louis also includes hardscape installation and drainage installation. Hardscape covers dry-laid patios, retaining walls, flagstone, natural stone features, and boulder outcroppings. Drainage covers French drains, curtain drains, trench drains, foundation drains, and overground water control including dry creeks and berms. Both are handled by dedicated M&P crews.
